If you didn’t already hear, today marks the kick off of an supremely exciting contest for one of our own, J*Davey. With the help of Garnier, MTV is running a contest to find the next big “thing”. Fans are being asked to vote for their favorite of 4 bands via www.iwantmymusic.mtv.com. The winning band along with one lucky fan will get an all expense paid, all access trip to the 2009 MTV Woodie Awards in New York, on Friday, December 4 at 10PM ET.
